Coming Up This Month: Craigie on Main favorite, The Whole Hog Dinner is happening in 2014.

On August 13th, we’ll be pulling all the pork–I mean pulling out all the stops. Tony and Carl are tirelessly sourcing the finest, tastiest pigs in New England and there are quite a few pig parts lovingly curing already. Six Course Tasting, Whole Hog Menu is available till 9:00 pm. Little Piglet, Four Course Tasting available at 9:30 and 10:00 pm. Very delicious, pork-friendly, wine pairings by Emily are also available (and Encouraged)!
