Lunch at Craigie

"When I lived and worked in France, my favorite meals were lunch.  A simple but perfectly prepared bistrot lunch.  I love lunch.  We don't eat lunch enough.  I'm not talking about a wrap, a burrito, a 'bowl', or anything ordered through an app.  I'm talking about L U N C H.  The calm, almost guilty pleasure, that comes with dining mid day that allows you to take breaths betweeen bites, sip on something besides water and eat food prepared especially for you.  

You might think you'd be doing something wrong if you took the time to eat a mid day meal at a civilized and deliberate pace.  But we're granting you permission.  Join us on Fridays (yes, just Fridays) throughout the summer for a new series we're calling 'Lunch'. "
