VALENTINE'S DAY

We'll be celebrating on February 14th the only way we know how:  With classic, delicious food. Join us for some fantastic seasonal ingredients, understated and relaxed service, and an ice cream sandwich (AN ICE CREAM SANDWICH!!!)  Tony has written a beautiful four-course menu (see below).

We'll be offering a four course menu for $135 from 5:30 to 9:00 PM, followed by a three course menu for $85 from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM. 

Carl and Phil have chosen some memorable wines to keep the mood up.


Valentine's Day Menu

First
Beet-Cured King Salmon, avocado, pink peppercorn, pine nuts
or
Smoked Potatoes, caviar, oyster aioli, red veined sorrel

Second
Two Celery Veloute, lobster, paprika oil
or
Red Beet Mafalde, capon sausage and foie gras, Perigord black truffle

Entree
Vermont Lamb Two Ways:  roasted chop, sausage, red onion soubise, pomegranate mustard
or
Yellowfin Tuna, pistachio & quinoa tabbouleh, blood orange
or
Brined Blood Red Vegetables, trevisano, sprouted legumes, Persian-spiced broth

Dessert
House-made Whipped Ricotta, citrus, graham cracker, honey
or
Maple Sugar Ice Cream Sandwich, chocolate-pretzel crumb, espresso-chocolate sauce
