Justin Shoults hails from Powell, OH. He started working in kitchens in the Columbus area at age 14 and hasn't looked back. After making the move to Massachusetts, Justin made his mark at Nantucket's Oran Mor Bistro, Newburyport's BRINE, and Bsoton's Oak + Rowan. He was also named one of Zagat Boston’s “30 Under 30,”. Before joining us at Craigie, he spent time in Europe travelling, eating, and staging at the reknowned Restaurant Léa Linster in Luxembourg City. These days, when not in the Craigie kitchen, he can be found in his garden or out foraging for new and exciting additions to the menu.
